We first clarify the problem, desired outcome, decision owners, and available resources, then assemble the Creative, Business, AI, and Growth capabilities required. The next step may be a diagnostic workshop, prototype, project proposal, or talent match.
Timing depends on data readiness, integration, and decision scope. Most engagements start with a two-to-six-week discovery or prototype phase to validate value before full implementation, training, and scaling are planned.
We do not screen every engagement through one fixed amount. We first assess whether the problem fits an experimental approach, has a clear validation target, and has enough decision and execution capacity. Smaller needs can begin as paid diagnostics or workshops.
Yes. Strategy, research, design, and AI workflow work can usually run remotely. When filming, equipment, field interviews, or co-creation workshops are required, we coordinate Taichung, other Taiwan locations, or partner facilities.
